If you wish to return an item then you must contact us within 21 days of receiving the item. We shall then arrange the best method of return to us. ​ The item must be in its original state for us to issue a refund. Once we have received the item and assessed its state we shall process a refund that should take 5-7 business days. ​ If a ring has had to be resized then it cannot be returned to us.
